Lantern Minions - Week 6

 Hello this is my slide of what the Lantern minions are writing about. The story is about how a girl is being treated like a boy but want's to be treated like a girl. In school on the last day of year 7 for Kyle she used to had a best friend. Her best friends name is Keith, they were best friends until year 8. So Kyle and Keith were put into different groups. Kyle was put into 7B and Keith was put into 7A.

My dream holiday

Hello this is my slide about my dream holiday. You can see my slide but what I did is how I write about my dream holiday.  My dream holiday is about how I went to wellington or if I go to wellington when i'm older so this what I write about it's pretty cool I have a lot writing on it. After you look at my work you can see how I explained about my work and I write about spearing, how I eat king crab. And yea that's it.

The Stripped Invader

Today the captain minions are doing stripped invader. the queen wasp finds a old mouse nest in the ground so she starts digging the soil out then she flies out there and lands on a fence post and chews of some wood then mixes her slavia with wood. She uses that mixture to make a nest slowly the nest start to take shape cool right. then the queen hexagonal cells then she lays eggs in each cell. then a couple of days later the eggs hatch into larvae after they hatch into larvae they hang up side down pretty cool right. And they need food and attention. Also when it's dark the larvae scratches there mandibles on the side of it's cell it means it tells the queen they need food/hungry. Then the queen goes to find food for her growing giant colony. After three or four weeks the larvae turn into pupae then they turn into worker bees. once this happens the queen get to relax and watch some tv. nah i'm just kidding what the queen dose is when the worker wasp start working the queen lays eggs for all her life its pretty sad if you think about it. As the colony grows the worker wasp need to make the nest bigger but how do they do that? some nest can contain thousands of wasps a big nest is better for there colony but summer or flood it might destroy it. Over the summer, the wasp will gather 7 KILO GRAMS of insects that's MASSIVE for there the colony will gather spiders young flies and more.

CIty of Ember - Chapter 3

                         City of Ember Chapter 3.

In class this week we read the City of Ember chapter 3. We had to write a summary on what we could remember. Doon slipped in the black machine room and saw a couple of guys wearing ear muffs. There were a couple of ladders and wheels. There were these massive black bins then he saw the generator. He thought he could understand the generator but he was horrified because he couldn't understand the generator. His job he wanted the most was electrician's helper. When he was in the pipe works paired up with a girl who showed him tunnel 97 on the map. Doon thought the map looked like a centipede because there were so many tunnels. Doon heard a low, low roar. He didn't know what it was so he was curious and went there.
